To get started, please submit an inquiry below, and a staff member will contact you to discuss the options and guide you through application process. They will also help by asking additional questions, verifying information, and requesting documentation like proof of your child’s age and proof of income for all household members.

Your child is 15 months to 2 years 9 months of age at time of application

Your family income falls within the Income Guidelines established by the Federal Government.

Your child is 3 or 4 years of age on the date of public-school cutoff date
