COORDINATED FAMILY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Funded by the Department of Early Education & Care
MOC CFCE supports parents as their child's first teacher through a number of parent child activities including: local play groups, developmental screenings, and early literacy programs. In addition, the program offers transition support for children from home to daycare/preschool, preschool to Kindergarten, and school readiness for children up to age eight. The program serves as a central point of information for community resources and referral services to connect families to their local community throughout North Central MA.

PARENT CHILD HOME VISITING PROGRAM
The Parent Child Home Visiting program is an evidence-based early literacy, parenting and school readiness model, aimed at closing the achievement gap by providing low-income families the skills and materials they need to prepare their children for school and life success. The program supports early literacy development for children ages 17 months to 4 years. Families receive free books and toys which are used to support early literacy growth and parent-child interactions. Call 978-355-0266 to register or learn more about this program.
PARENTS AS TEACHERS PROGRAM
Parent As Teachers is a national program that supports parents as their child's first teacher and offers complete family support from prenatal to age 5 years. A trained Home Educator visits families in-home, as scheduled, to provide information about child growth & development, developmental screenings, parent education classes, play groups and much more.
