The Family Clinic offers affordable and confidential services for women, men and teens, regardless of income or health insurance status. We are dedicated to helping people in the North Central Massachusetts area make empowered, informed decisions about their wellness and reproductive health. We will be accepting new patients soon! PAYMENT
METHODS

Making Opportunity Count Family Clinic accepts most insurance plans including MassHealth; if you have a specific question about coverage, call your insurance company or the clinic. Be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment.

If you do not wish to use your insurance, we offer reduced cost services based on income and family size. Payment plans are available.

If you are uninsured or can’t use your insurance because of an unsafe situation, we offer reduced-to-no cost services based on income and family size.

We focus on comprehensive reproductive health and gynecologic care for all. It is our goal to deliver high-quality, confidential, and affordable health care. You can feel confident discussing your concerns openly with our welcoming team of experienced healthcare professionals that are here to provide the high quality care and guidance you deserve.
Michele believes in treating the whole person and advocating for overall health. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice, Primary Care, specializing in reproductive health. Michele is an active member of professional organizations including The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
With a genuine passion for helping others, Andrea provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond for her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Elms College in Chicopee, MA, and a Master of Science degree from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY. She specializes in reproductive and sexual health and is a certified lactation counselor. Andrea is a member of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and National Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Shah is an experienced obstetrician-gynecologist and Chief of Center of Woman and Infants. He provides general OB/GYN services and specializes in minimally invasive surgical procedures using robotic technology. He completed his medical education in Mumbai, India, and further training at respected institutions like Newark Beth Israel Medical School and Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Shah's patients appreciate his honest approach and collaborative decision-making.
Apurva Shah, MD, FACOG, NCMP
Amy is passionate about patient care and serves as a patient advocate. She received her certification from Salter College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is an active member of the American Association of Medical Assistants and Phi Theta Kappa national honor society.
