We are striving to improve the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents and adults within our community, by providing high quality and caring medical services that empower clients to make healthy choices. Our goal is to offer a safe space where patients can receive the care they need without fear of judgement or stigma.

You can feel confident discussing your concerns openly with our welcoming team of experienced healthcare professionals that are here to provide the high quality care and guidance you deserve.
Michele Miola, NP
Michele believes in treating the whole person and advocating for overall health. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice, Primary Care, specializing in reproductive health. Michele is an active member of professional organizations including The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
Andrea Terho, APRN
With a genuine passion for helping others, Andrea provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond for her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Elms College in Chicopee, MA, and a Master of Science degree from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY. She specializes in reproductive and sexual health and is a certified lactation counselor. Andrea is a member of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and National Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Amy Krysiak, CMA
Amy is passionate about patient care and serves as a patient advocate. She received her certification from Salter College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is an active member of the American Association of Medical Assistants and Phi Theta Kappa national honor society.
Ron Gallant, Community Health Worker
Ron has a passion to provide quality education and support to his community. He began in the medical field as a phlebotomist, he then worked as a dialysis patient care technician where he provided compassionate care to his patients. Ron is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and is focused on making a safe and welcoming space for all. He has a passion to be a pivotal resource for the diverse population of North Central Massachusetts.
Apurva Shah, MD, FACOG, NCMP
Dr. Shah is an experienced obstetrician-gynecologist and Chief of Center of Woman and Infants. He provides general OB/GYN services and specializes in minimally invasive surgical procedures using robotic technology. He completed his medical education in Mumbai, India, and further training at respected institutions like Newark Beth Israel Medical School and Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Shah's patients appreciate his honest approach and collaborative decision-making.

If you are uninsured or can’t use your insurance because of an unsafe situation, we offer reduced-to-no cost services based on income and family size.

We currently accepts Community Care Cooperative (C3), MassHealth Network, Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan, Blue Cross, Steward Health Choice, and Medicare. Please be sure to check back as we will be adding new insurance plans in the future.

If you do not wish to use your insurance, we offer reduced cost services based on income and family size. Payment plans are available.
